General merchandise returns can be made - free - at any time after purchase. For special merchandise return information, please click on the link below special merchandise.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then we will be happy to exchange or refund subject to this return policy. We will give you a replacement or a full refund.
How to return an item in USA
1. Fill in the return form and print a freepost tag.
2. Package your statement securely. Including as much original packaging as possible.
3. Take the post office and ask for a displacement certificate.
4. Your return will be processed and a replacement or refund will be issued.
If you wish to return part or all of your order for a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of the day after the delivery of the item. You can notify us by submitting a return request in the complete order section of your account on this website or by email or phone.
Returning your purchase
1. Simply request a merchandise return authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Log in to your account and under my orders, select the order number that contains the items you would like to return.
3. Click on the Create a RETURN / EXCHANGE button and follow the steps
4. Check the box that is in accordance with our return policy. Next, you will be sent an email with your RMA number (merchandise return authorization) and the courier reference number.
To ensure that your return is covered by our free return policy, please send it back from the same country it was delivered to. Orders sent from a different destination could incur additional costs and were delayed at customs.
We prefer that the items are returned to us through our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any reliable means, but can not accept responsibility.
Receive a refund
Your refund will be credited in the original payment form or as a credit store to your account.
Lease account that refunds may take up to 10 business days to show in your account due to different processing times between payment providers.
All items must be returned new, unused and with all our website and clothing labels still attached design. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We track the number of returns made by customers, and continue returns will be marked and potentially denied at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.
Your purchase must be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving your order.
When it comes to shoes, please be aware of not scratching the soles of your feet or marking the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and the box, as they are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to avoid damage during shipping.
The goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, or when a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase. Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be defective.
If the item is defective when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return the defective items within 30 days of the day you received them.
We have done everything possible to show the colors of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we can not guarantee that the monitor image of one color will be entirely correct.
